1) The student must have been tested in your district last year
2) The student must be in the system this year
3) The student's id must be identical to what it was last year
To view a student's scores from last year, click File from the main menu, then Students
The students screen will then appear in the main window
Find the student you are wanting to view and then click the Info link beside that student's name and that student's info page will appear:
If that student meets all the requirements listed at the beginning of this help topic above, the Last Year's Scores button will be enabled. Simply click it to see the scores from the previous year. If the button is disabled, then one of the requirements above was not met and you won't be able to view the scores from last year for that particular student.
When viewing Last Year's Scores, it is totally read-only and none of the scores can be changed or saved. A sample of what the Last Year's Scores screen looks like is shown below:
