This report is only available to Admin Users
- Shows total counts for each demographical block for all students in the system
- Subtotals for each campus
- Used to display counts of students by gender, ethnicity, flags, etc
To generate the Demographics report, click Reports from the main menu, then Demographics Report and the following screen will appear:
This report will provide counts of all demographic information in the system and will provide subtotals per grade level at each campus, as well as a total count for each piece of information for the entire district.
Keep in mind that this report includes ALL Students in the system, even if they do not have scores entered.
