| Classroom Details |
To generate the Classroom Details report, click Reports from the main menu, then Classroom Details and the following screen will appear:
If you are a teacher level user, your name will already be selected and the dropdown list will be disabled. If you are a Principal level user, you'll be able to select any teacher on your campus from the drop down list. If you are an Admin level user, you'll be able to select any teacher in the district.
To generate the report, click Begin and the report will be rendered in Adobe Acrobat Reader OR Microsoft Word, depending on your settings.
On the report, if a student meets the criteria for "Developed" on the screening, the inventory tasks (and any remaining screening tasks) will display "------" to indicate that task was skipped according to the branching rules of the administration guide. For first and second grade, if a student's reading type is "Listening", then the Accuracy and Comprehension results will display as "N/A". This is also true if the story the student read was one of the story selections below that student's grade level.
If you want to see the actual results, regardless of how the student performed on the screening, simply check the "Show All Scores, Regardless of Screening" checkbox before clicking Begin. Doing so will cause the actual scores entered to appear (rather than "------") if the student was developed on the screening. Keep in mind that the "D" or "S" that is displayed beside the score is determined by the screening result where applicable. This means that if you have a student that was developed on the screening, but scored poorly on the actual tasks, the actual task scores will be shown, but each task will show as "D" for developed (since that student was actually developed on the screening and was not required to take the full inventory).
A sample of the report (which is IDENTICAL to the Single Details report) is below:
