SourcePro Software has been granted use of material and content from the Texas Primary Reading Inventory (for a fee). The TPRI is jointly copyrighted by the Center for Academic Reading Skills and the Texas Education Agency.

Copyright
This software, and all subroutines, forms, report formats, class libraries, calculation routines, and source code shall remain the property of SourcePro Software. By purchasing a subscription to use this software, the purchaser is hereby granted a limited use license in accordance with the original purchase agreement. This license may not be resold or reallocated without the express, written consent of SourcePro software.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all other components mentioned or referenced in the software are copyrighted by their respective manufacturers.

Customer Support
SourcePro Software shall provide, at no charge, technical support (via telephone, email, and thru remote administration) for a period equal to a standard school year (August - May) This support is limited to the application subscription only, and does not include support for hardware components, printers, network administration, or operating systems. Support shall only be provided during normal business hours. Phone charges, or any other costs incurred by purchaser in the process of receiving support will not be reimbursed.

Warranty
SourcePro Software warrants that this application will function properly and guarantees the application to be free of errors ('bugs') for the term of the license. Any errors found within the application will be fixed at no charge, regardless of when these errors are found or occur. This warranty is limited to the application as it is setup and installed by SourcePro Software on servers maintained by SourcePro Softwreand does not include any additional code added or changed by anyone other than an authorized agent of SourcePro Software.

Liability
SourcePro Software (or any authorized agent acting on their behalf) shall not be liable for damages (real or otherwise) resulting from failure of this program to function. The only action that shall be taken, should this program not function or function incorrectly, shall be to rewrite any code that is malfunctioning. Any damages, including but not limited to employee pay, overtime hours, data entry personnel wages, accounting fees, etc, shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser, even if these damages are a direct result of program or code errors. Additionally, the service may occassionally and periodically be unavailable due to network issues, acts of god, routine maintenance, backups, etc, and regardless of the reasons why, SourcePro shall not be held liable in any fashion for any issues resulting from any "down" time.

Payment
Payment is expected at the time the software is made available. Failure to pay will result in no support until such time the balance has been paid in full and could result in denied access to the system. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure payment is made.
