EDITING CAMPUSES

1) Click Settings from the main menu, then Campus Maintenance

The campus screen will then appear in the main window

2) Click on the Info link located next to the campus you want to edit. The campus entry screen will appear.

3) You may then begin the process of entering the basic information for this campus. In all cases except for the principal's name, you'll simply hand type the info (and just select the principal for this campus from the list.) Even though your district may have supplied SourcePro Software with the principal's namefor each campus, we did not prepopulate it in the campus data due to the fact that in many cases more than one principal user per campus is submitted to us.

4) Most of the campus information is for reference purposes only. However, the campus NAME and PHONE are used in some reports in the software.

5) After entering the information, click Save to save the changes. The campus entry screen will close and you'll be returned to the campus listing.

There are an additional two campuses that do not appear on the main campus listing and can't be edited.

The 'Entire District' is used in reporting (as an option for printing information for more than one campus) and the 'Out of District' is available when students leave your district. Rather than deleting the student and their scoring results, simply edit the student and reassign them to the 'Out of District' campus and change their teacher to 'Unassigned'. For more information on editing student information, click here.

NOTE: Since SourcePro Software licenses subscriptions to the online software, no new campuses can be added. SourcePro Software preloads the name and campus code at the beginning of each school year. To add a new campus, or if a licensed campus is missing, please contact SourcePro Software.
