What do I need to do if there are students missing from my class roster?
The system was preloaded using data obtained from your district. Either the student was not in the data we received, the student info was incorrectly given to us, or another technical issue prevented us from loading that particular student. Please let you administrative contact in your district know that the student is missing and they will be able to correct the problem.
What do I need to do if there are students on my class roster who shouldn't be?
The system was preloaded using data obtained from your district. The student was assigned to you at the time we received the initial data, even though that student may no longer be in your class or on your campus. Please let you administrative contact in your district know that the student is incorrectly assigned to you and they will be able to correct the problem.
What should I do if teach more than one grade level?
The system was preloaded using data obtained from your district. In most cases, this means that your login is only in the user database one time. If you teach more than one grade level, your Admin user will need to make a new entry in the User table (creating a new login for you). The Login (username) should be something that is very similar to your original login, but modified in a way as to not be identical. For example, if you teach a first and second grade class and you are already set up as a first grade teacher (with a login of CJONES@ACMEISD.COM), your Admin user would need to create a new user (with all the info matching your original login) EXCEPT grade level would be set to 2nd AND your login would need to be slightly different (such as CJONES_02@ACMEISD.COM). Don't worry about making sure your login being different than your actual email, since the system now allows you to have a login that is different than your actual email.
What should I do if teach more than class at the same grade level (i.e. an AM and a PM class for KG)?
The same thing applies in this case as above.
