To begin, start your Internet Explorer browser and then enter the following url:
http://www.sourceprosoftware.com/sps/main.aspx

(We suggest that you bookmark the site so you can easily return to it later without having to manually type in the url each time.)

It is very important that you have NO OTHER instances of your browser open. As a matter of fact, it's a good idea to make sure no other applications are running at all (specifically any other web browsers, etc). In other words CLOSE ALL OTHER PROGRAMS AND WINDOWS prior to logging into the software.

As soon as your browser loads the webpage, you'll see the following login window:

Type in your email address (which is what is used for your login) and then type in your password. If you have never logged in before, your password will be PASSWORD.

After you have typed in your email address as your login and then your password, click the Login button. If you need assistance in remembering your password, click the Show Password Hint link OR you can click the Email My Password link and your existing password will be sent to your email address.

NOTE: The first time you login, you will use the password PASSWORD. After you are logged in, the system will generate a password for you and display the following message:

Click OK and the system will verify that you want to proceed. Click OK when asked, and the system will acknowledge that the new system generated password has been sent to your email address and then the system will exit. Check your email and use the password that was mailed to you the next time you login. (You should receive the email virtually immediately. However, if you don't receive it after several minutes, contact your admin person for the TPRI System Software and have them give it to you.) You may then change the password (and password hint) to anything you want it to be.
