Although this manual was designed to be as thorough as possible, some unintentional omissions, typos, or other errors are possible. Please feel free to bring any errors discovered to our attention. Our intentions are to make the online system always available, with the exception of the hours between 9:00 pm - 6:00 am weeknights (which is when we will do routine maintenance, backups, etc.) However, we may occassionally need to post an urgent update, etc, in which case the system may be down for several minutes every so often.
